Burn0 Desktop remains local-first: desktop chat logs and workspace records are kept on your device unless you choose hosted or third-party model providers. Burn0 Web conversation content is stored with your signed-in account so chats can sync across browsers. Hosted requests pass through Burn0 infrastructure for inference, quota enforcement or adaptive pacing, abuse prevention, and support. Account, network, and service metadata may be processed to apply those safeguards. Third-party providers are governed by their own policies.

Cookie Policy

The site may use essential storage for language, cookie preference, secure delivery, and session continuity. Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies are not required for the closed beta and can be declined where offered.

Data Collection and Rights
