Refund Policy

Subscriptions may be canceled before the next renewal by contacting contact@burn0.ai or using the customer portal when available. First subscription payments are eligible for refund within 14 days when requested at contact@burn0.ai, except for abuse, substantially consumed hosted usage, duplicate account misuse, or where a different legal requirement applies. Renewal charges, consumed hosted usage, and one-off service work are non-refundable except for duplicate charges, material service failure, or mandatory consumer law.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Access remains available through the paid term unless the account is closed for abuse, non-payment, or legal reasons.
