Terms of Service

Burn0 is a developer tool for delegated software work. It may inspect files, run commands, edit project content, and contact configured model providers according to the permissions and context you provide. You remain responsible for reviewing, testing, and accepting final results before using them in production. Burn0 Web and desktop hosted requests share the plan-specific monthly managed-model budget. New hosted requests stop when that budget is exhausted and remain subject to per-request size limits, adaptive pacing, service availability, and abuse prevention controls.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your inputs, project files, and outputs produced during Burn0 sessions, subject to applicable law, your repository licenses, and any third-party model terms you choose to use.

Security Posture

Burn0 emphasizes scoped project context, visible execution records, recoverable changes, hashed license tokens, desktop quota enforcement, adaptive web pacing, and encrypted transport for hosted components. You should grant terminal and file access only to workspaces you intend Burn0 to operate on.
